Information we collect
When you submit a contact or quotation form, we may collect your name, phone number, email, PIN code, property details, electricity bill information and solar preferences.
We do not request Aadhaar, PAN or unnecessary identity documents at the lead-generation stage.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to provide estimates, prepare quotations, arrange consultations or site surveys and follow up on your request.
Calculator inputs are used to create modeled estimates. They are not technical approvals or financial guarantees.
Storage and security
Lead records are stored in access-controlled business systems. We use server-side validation, rate limiting and restricted administration access.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but SolarSol uses reasonable measures to protect submitted information.
Cookies and analytics
This version does not currently use non-essential advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If tracking is added later, appropriate consent controls will be introduced where required.
